Core Values

3i Financial’s foundation has been built on a set of core values.  There is nothing more important to us than living up to these values in our relationships with our clients, employees, business partners, and the communities we serve.

In recent years there has been a lot of media attention given to prominent business leaders who have failed miserably in carrying out their duties for their clients and shareholders.  As a result, there has been a loss of confidence by the public in a number of key institutions.  We view this type of behavior as disgraceful and believe that ethical behavior must be a key part of an organizations’ culture and must permeate from the top leadership down throughout the entire organization.

Our core values are our guiding business principles and we take great pride in carrying out our responsibilities with strict adherence to these values.

Responsibility: We take personal responsibility for our actions and take the time to ensure that our clients understand clearly all of the options available and the implications of each.  We also monitor our client’s situation on an ongoing basis and follow up with them to ensure that their needs continue to be met.

Innovation:  We are creative in meeting the needs of our clients, employees, business partners, and the communities we serve.  We believe that each individual is unique and that our service delivery must be able to reflect this uniqueness.

Diversity:  We openly embrace diversity in thought, language, and culture.  We move forward as an organization by listening to and respecting the views of others.

Efficiency:  We constantly strive to improve our efficiency so that we can exceed the expectations of clients, employees, business partners, and the communities we serve.
