Kelly Tsang, Vice President

Kelly has been Vice President of Training since June 2005.  She is responsible for the Training and Development Department and is instrumental in the set up of all corporate training initiatives. 

Before entering the financial services field, Kelly worked as a Program Director setting up programs to help high school students to achieve academically.   

Kelly graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Upon completion of her undergraduate work, Kelly completed her Master’s of Education from McGill University. 

She has worked in many social and community projects involving:  youth, homelessness, battered women, and mental health promotion.  Kelly has coordinated and managed several large projects and training programs over the past five years, and remains committed to developing programs that meet the needs of the population.  

In her spare time, she tutors children and provides ESL classes.
