Louise Tam, President

Louise was appointed President in November 2004.  Prior to this appointment, she was with Investment Planning Counsel working with high net worth clients as their Financial Planner.  In 2000, Louise was a Vice-President at Trillium Financial Group working with a group of independent Financial Advisors.

Prior to working in the independent financial services field, Louise had a distinguished career in Personal and Small Business Banking.  From 1989 to 1999, Louise was with the Royal Bank of Canada as an Account Manager.  During this time, she won numerous awards for her outstanding sales and service.  

Louise graduated from the University of Windsor in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She has also completed many professional financial industry courses over her 16 years of financial services experience.

In 2001, Louise was awarded a certificate as the chair of the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs. Along with volunteering her time for many worthwhile organizations, Louise is an avid badminton player.
